Data Manager
The data manager allows you to set the rules for your data capture and configuration for your CRM, website and email centre. This includes the ability to define dynamic fields, formula fields, relationship fields and much more.
Teams can manage and view multiple data groups from one dashboard –– making it the perfect one-stop-shop.
Rules engine
This powerful tool allows content admins to create conditional rules to target different user groups for a wide range of needs and purposes:

Content Management System
The Preside website editor comes with core widgets for creating rich responsive content. There are many different ways to configure your page layouts. Integrate video, galleries, banners, resource libraries and forms to suit your user's needs.
Add conditional rules to create personalised content and install your own widgets. Multi-site and multi-language is supported as standard. Install free design templates and create beautiful websites which drive conversion.
Form builder
Here you can easily create forms by choosing from many field options to drag and drop together. As well as configuring your form style and layout you can create custom questions for use in different forms. Plus you can protect your forms with captcha.
Set up response emails for your form users and notifications of user responses for your admins. Easily integrate with your CRM to see and manage your users interactions.
Email Centre
Intuitive and flexible, the email centre comes with editorial templates which are ready to use straight away. Custom layout and designs can be easily created to include company logo, address, social media links and header/footer information.
Templates for transactional emails – such as resetting password or confirming event bookings – can be fully customised. Permissions can be defined for content admins so that they have access to templates relevant to their roles.
Use the default Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) provider included or add multiple external providers such as Amazon SES or Mailgun. And of course email data can be captured easily through CRM integration.
